1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of air coolers, spare parts, and related products by Surya Enterprises, Hyderabad, Telangana. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.

2. Product Information

• All products are subject to availability.

• Images are for representation purposes only.

• Specifications, prices, and designs may change without prior notice.

• MRP and GST are applicable as per Government of India regulations.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

• GST is charged as per Telangana/Indian tax laws.

• Full payment must be made before dispatch/delivery.

• We accept Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other approved payment methods.

4. Warranty

• Warranty is applicable only as per manufacturer’s policy.

• Surya Enterprises is a seller of products and does not provide manufacturer warranty unless specified.

• Physical damage, improper installation, voltage fluctuation, water damage, or unauthorized repair voids warranty.

5. Returns & Replacement

• No return or exchange on electrical spare parts once sold.

• Replacement allowed only for manufacturing defects within 24–48 hours of purchase.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging with bill copy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Surya Enterprises shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Installation errors by third-party technicians

• Loss due to misuse or improper handling
